We found that Katie was very personable and attentive to what we were looking for in a forever home. She was there with us every step of the way, answered all our questions and researched everything we asked her to look for. Even after closing, she has been available to answer every question that we have had. She has been more of a friend than a real estate agent. Should we choose to look for another property to purchase, she will be our first call and we have already recommended to our friends.

Katie was fantastic. We got lucky. She truly wants her clients to be happy and satisfied. Our first interaction with Katie was by phone and FaceTime. We were in Florida. Katie found the perfect house for us. She meticulously looked for any flaws in the home. When we met in person it was like we were friends already. FYI! She even helped us shovel snow!
